
I love making these after the holidays with my left over turkey. I used my Handy Chopper for the turkey, onion, and celery to make them super easy. I add relish and mustard for the extra flavor, not too much. I always make enough for left overs because my son requests them the day after we have them for dinner. I also serve any other left over side dishes I may have from the holidays. I did not get a picture of this one on bread as I almost forgot to post it at all!
